The 72 hours starts at the acceptance time on your brief receipt. That time is recorded only after a complete, in-scope brief is received — not when you open it, first enquire or pay. There is no payment at that stage.
Seeing a preview first is not a promise to move your domain. Nothing is migrated or switched over before you approve.
Three post-approval rounds of changes are consolidated — send your notes together and each round is actioned in one pass.
