When does work on my preview start?
Once SOL receives and accepts your complete, in-scope brief. The acceptance time is recorded on your receipt. Opening or starting the Blueprint does not commit you to anything.
What if I do not like the preview?
You can decline it and owe nothing. You are not required to approve the preview or continue with the project.
When do the three change rounds happen?
After you approve the preview and payment succeeds. The first consolidated round is actioned immediately after payment, followed by up to two more rounds within the agreed scope.
Will you move my domain or change my current website?
No. The preview is shown on a temporary SOL address. Nothing is migrated or switched to your live domain before you approve and pay.
